The tank-cleaning in Poniatowa was established in 2006, providing professional cleaning services for tanks and silos as the first in the Lublin Voivodeship. After 10 years of activity, as part of the company's development, a modern, fully automated and adapted to current sanitary and legal requirements new service facility was built at 198 Kraczewicka Street. Our tank-wash is the only wash station in the Lubelskie Voivodeship certified by EFTCO Food, ENFIT HQ, SQAS. The obtained very high audit results confirm our process and professional approach to cleaning services.

Our tank-wash is able to wash any tanker, silo, tank-container, after each food product. With us you can sterilize, disinfect the tanker as well as take advantage of many procedures prepared especially for our customers.

Cleaning procedures at the tank-wash in Poniatowa are audited and approved by: Coca-Cola, Cargill, Doehler, Dreher, Austria Juice, Appol, Suedzucker, Interfood, Mars. With us you can wash the tank according to the VdF procedure, the allergen washing procedure and the KOSHER procedure.

• washing with high-pressure heads (110 bar) and steam (10 bar); effective and certified cleaning agents,
• automated washing system of the leading OMZ company, allows for ongoing monitoring of washing parameters and individual adjustment to customer needs,
• are for the quality of the washing process, through comprehensive testing of the tanker's cleanliness: ATP, NTU, pH, millipore test and regular water quality control by external laboratories,
• additional station enabling heating of tanks with steam up to 120 ° C or hot water up to 85 ° C.

When do we wash?

The tank-wash in Poniatowa is open from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 20:00, Saturday from 8:00 to 16:00.
