Tank-cleaning station in Trnava

The tank cleaning station in Trnava, Slovakia was established in 2012 in response to customer demand. Our cleaning station is the only tank-wash in Slovakia with such capacity and in terms of the number of washing bays. The tank-wash in Trnava is certified by EFTCO Food, SQAS and as the only one in Slovakia: ENFIT HQF. The very high audit results obtained confirm our process and professional approach to the cleaning services we perform.

Our tank-wash is able to wash every tanker, silo, tank-container, after every food product. With us, you can sterilize and disinfect the tanker as well as take advantage of many procedures prepared especially for our customers.

The washing procedures at the tank-wash in Trnava are audited and approved by: ADM (Amylum), Tereos. With us, you will wash the tank according to the VdF procedure, the allergen washing procedure and the KOSHER procedure.

• 4 dedicated cleaning bays for internal washing only after food products (fats, milk, juices, fruit concentrates, pulps, oils, chocolate, food granulates),
• 1 dedicated cleaning bay for internal cleaning only after chemical products (neutral products and light chemistry - we do not wash after products such as: resins, bitumen, linseed oil, phenols),
• 1 dedicated cleaning bay for washing heavy goods vehicles from the outside,
• 1 dedicated cleaning bay for cleaning small IBC tanks,
• free parking and social facilities for drivers,
• washing with high-pressure heads (110 bar) and steam (10 bar); effective and certified cleaning agents,
• automated cleaning system of the leading OMZ company, allows for ongoing monitoring of washing parameters and individual adjustment to customer needs,
• care for the quality of the washing process, through comprehensive testing of the tanker's cleanliness: ATP, NTU, pH, millipore test and regular water quality control by external laboratories,
• additional station enabling heating of tanks with steam up to 120 ° C or hot water up to 85 ° C.

When do we clean?

The tank cleaning station in Trnava is open from Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 20:00, Saturday from 8:00 to 16:00, Sunday from 8:00 to 12:00.

The tank cleaning station is located at 50 Bulharska Street, 91701 Trnava, Slovakia.

Access to the tank-wash directly from the D1 highway, Trnava exit onto the R1 road, then Priemyselna street to Bulharska street.
